These terms apply to software and services provided by RavenKeel. By installing or using our products, you agree to them.
Use of our products
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use our products. Please do not misuse them, attempt to circumvent licensing, or use them for unlawful purposes.
Subscriptions and billing
Some products offer premium features by paid subscription. TideWire Pro costs $2.99 per month or $29.99 per year (USD) and includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and renews automatically at the end of each billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe through ExtensionPay. Prices may change with advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime through the subscription management link in the product or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges; premium access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Refund policy
If you are not satisfied, email support@ravenkeel.com within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that charge. After 14 days, charges are generally non-refundable, but we will consider requests in good faith. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Free products
Free products and features are provided as-is and may change or be discontinued.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, RavenKeel is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the revised version here with a new date.
